Abstract
The article presents the case of the development of the syndrome of В Urrets-Zavalia in the patient after a through subtotal keratoplasty, carried out for corneal opacity. Since this syndrome was diagnosed and diagnosed in time, it was possible to avoid further complications and worsening of visual functions in a young 25-year-old patient.
