This publication aims to fill this gap.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В отличие от техники имплантации клапана Ахмеда и путей решения возможных проблем, сопровождающих его установку, доступная литература не содержит чёткого изложения показаний к выбору классической фильтрующей хирургии глаукомы (особенно первичной открытоугольной) и клапанного гипотензивного устройства.
