Ocular lesion may be an onset, one of the diagnostic signs, or a biomarker of underlying medical condition.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Данный обзор литературы посвящён анализу современных представлений об офтальмологических проявлениях по данным зарубежной научной литературы в системе PubMed за 2017–2020 гг. при наиболее часто встречающихся ревматических заболеваниях (ревматоидном артрите, анкилозирующем спондилите, системной красной волчанке, системной склеродермии, системных васкулитах), которые характеризуются поражением всех структур глаза и его придаточного аппарата: век, тканей глазницы, оболочек глазного яблока, сосудов, зрительного нерва и стекловидного тела.
