No correlation of SAI shift after surgical treatment with physical, anamnestic and respiratory data were demonstrated. Nasal surgery leads to positive results referring to pharyngeal obstruction not more than in 24% of cases. Today we have no proved predictors of high nasal correction effect on the severity of OSA.</p>
Доказанных предикторов высокого эффекта назальной хирургии на степень тяжести СОАС на сегодняшний день не существует.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>obstructive apnea syndrome</kwd><kwd>nasal obstruction</kwd><kwd>rhinosurgery</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>синдром обструктивных апноэ сна</kwd><kwd>носовая обструкция</kwd><kwd>ринохирургия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Effect of treating severe nasal obstruction on the severity of obstructive sleep apnoea / H.A.
