It reviewed the literature data on changes in the psycho-emotional status of patients with chronic viral hepatitis. Shown that chronic hepatitis have a significant effect on the mental state of patients, with the severity of psychological disorders depends on the clinical laboratory and morphological characteristics of the disease. The information about the observable signs of socio-psychological maladjustment, raising the level of anxiety, symptoms of depression in patients with chronic hepatitis. Shows a higher risk of contracting hepatitis B virus to patients in a psychiatric hospital. It confirmed the importance of timely diagnosis and correction of mental disorders in patients with chronic hepatitis, as well as the need to examine individual characteristics and mental abnormalities that may act as factors causing risk behavior in these patients.

Проведен анализ литературных данных об изменениях психоэмоционального статуса больных хроническими вирусными гепатитами. Показано, что у больных хроническими гепатитами В и С выявляются сдвиги показателей психического состояния, при этом выраженность нарушений зависит от клинико-лабораторных и морфологических характеристик заболевания. Приведены сведения о наблюдающихся признаках социально-психологической дезадаптации, повышении уровня тревожности, наличии симптомов депрессии у больных хроническими гепатитами. Показан более высокий риск заражения вирусным гепатитом В для пациентов, находящихся в психиатрическом стационаре. Подтверждена важность своевременной диагностики и коррекции психических нарушений у больных хроническими гепатитами, а также необходимость изучения индивидуальных особенностей и психических отклонений, которые могут выступать в роли факторов, провоцирующих рискованное поведение у данной категории пациентов.
