They are known to play a critical role in the regulation of both innate and acquired immune response. The functional activity of dendritic cells depends on the action signals microenvironment. Of particular interest is the study of the role of dendritic cells in the pathogenesis of various infectious diseases in humans.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Дендритные клетки человека представляют собой гетерогенную популяцию профессиональных антигенпрезентирующих клеток. Известно, что они играют важнейшую роль в регуляции как врожденного, так и приобретенного иммунного ответа. Функциональная активность той или иной субпопуляции дендритных клеток напрямую зависит от того, в каких условиях и под действием каких сигналов микроокружения происходило развитие этой субпопуляции, ее дифференцировка и созревание.
