In the article the problem of irreperable nerve defects is being considered as well as the possibilities to solve this problem through the operations of neurotization. In total 10 operations of neurotization were performed which is simple on technical performance and to achieve the same results identical to the direct reconstruction of nerves. Achieved results is stimulating for more wides application in cases when the direct reconstruction is more complicated and time and work consuming.

В статье рассматривается проблема невосстановимых дефектов нервных стволов и возможностей операций невротизации для решения их последствий. Всего выполнено 10 операций по невротизации, которые отличаются простотой техники и возможностью получения результатов, идентичных прямой реконструкции нервного ствола. Полученные результаты стимулируют более широкое применение данного метода в случаях когда прямая реконструкция нерва невозможна или более трудоемка.
