In total 10 operations of neurotization were performed which is simple on technical performance and to achieve the same results identical to the direct reconstruction of nerves. Achieved results is stimulating for more wides application in cases when the direct reconstruction is more complicated and time and work consuming.nerve defectsupper extremitiesnerve repairirreperable nerve injuriesneurotizationдефекты нервных стволовверхняя конечностьпластика нервовневосстановимые повреждения нервных стволовневротизация[Ozkan T.
