However, it remains unresolved the question of what biological markers may serve as quantitative indicators of proliferative activity of breast tissue, as well as objectively reflect the severity of apoptosis and the activity of genes - tumor suppressor. Studying the expression of molecules of products of genes-regulators of cell proliferation and apoptosis is of great scientific interest because it can probably afford to hold detalizovannye risk assessment for breast cancer, followed by the prediction of the disease</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье, на анализе литературных данных показана значительная роль апоптоза в процессе онтогенеза молочной железы, неопластической трансформации её тканей и вероятном значении этих процессов в механизме гиперпластических процессов и фиброзно-кистозной болезни молочной железы. Однако, остается не решенным вопрос о том, какие биологические маркеры могут выступать в качестве количественных показателей пролиферативной активности ткани молочной железы, а также объективно отражать выраженность апоптоза и активность генов - супрессоров.
