In article materials of approbation of principles of sociological monitoring of availability and quality of medical aid to the population, and also its knowledge on various questions of the organization of functioning of system of public health services and obligatory medical insurance are resulted. Results of three consecutive поросов, spent in various territories of the Russian Federation, allowed to receive the information on dynamics of the relation of the population to problems of rendering of medical aid are presented. В статье приводятся материалы апробации принципов социологического мониторинга доступности и качества медицинской помощи населению, а также информированности его по различным вопросам организации функционирования системы здравоохранения и обязательного медицинского страхования. Представлены результаты трех последовательных поросов, проведенных в различных территориях Российской Федерации, позволившие получить информацию о динамике отношения населения к проблемам оказания медицинской помощи.
