The rate of erythrocyte sedimentation was increased in 48% of children. Neutrophilia and lymphopenia were associated with the severity of the children’s condition. The values of the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes in some age groups were associated with the severity of the condition of children.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSIONS: </bold>The infectious process in children with a new coronavirus infection is accompanied by a change in the leukocyte formula, an increase in ESR and a change in the platelet content. Neutrophilia and lymphopenia are associated with the severity of the condition of children.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Актуальность. </bold>В период пандемии коронавирусной инфекции одним из наиболее важных направлений научных исследований стало изучение параметров лабораторных показателей, а также расчетные индексы, которые могли бы быть использованы как критерии, отражающие течение инфекционного процесса, и могли бы использоваться в качестве предикторов тяжелого течения и неблагоприятного исхода заболевания.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> — оценка гематологических параметров у детей с диагнозом COVID-19 в Республике Саха (Якутия).</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>В статье представлены данные ретроспективного исследования 344 случаев новой коронавирусной инфекции, вызванной вирусом SARS-CoV-2 (код МКБ-10 U07.1), у детей, госпитализированных в период с 23.03.2020 по 27.12.2020 в ГБУ РС (Я) «Детская инфекционная клиническая больница» Якутска.</p> <p><bold>Результаты. </bold>Результаты исследования показали, что при поступлении в стационар доля детей со сниженным уровнем лейкоцитов превышала долю детей с лейкоцитозом (23 % против 10 %), наблюдались сниженные уровни гемоглобина, изменение содержания тромбоцитов, сегментоядерных нейтрофилов, лимфоцитов. Скорость оседания эритроцитов повышена у 48 % детей. Нейтрофилия и лимфопения ассоциированы с тяжестью состояния детей. Значения отношения нейтрофилов к лимфоцитам в некоторых возрастных группах были связаны с тяжестью состояния детей.</p> <p><bold>Заключение. </bold>Инфекционный процесс у детей при новой коронавирусной инфекции сопровождается изменением лейкоцитарной формулы, повышением скорости оседания эритроцитов и изменением содержания тромбоцитов.
