<p>The main elements of the prototype bogie are:</p>
<p> supporting welded steel frame, which is attached to the container stops, blocks, magnets, support and guide wheels;</p>
<p> the magnets are combined into blocks according to the scheme an Array of Halbach;</p>
<p> shunting wheel required for pre-acceleration of the bogie (with levitation wheels not touching the track structure);</p>
<p> guide wheels, which serve for centering the bogie on the road when driving on a plot of acceleration.</p>
<p>Cart design was developed taking into account the possibility of placing massive superconductors instead of permanent magnets.</p>
<p>Carts are designed to carry containers of various types, it does not require additional devices for connecting the carriages together.</p>
<p>To assess the strength of the construction was taken following calculation modes:</p>
<p> the moving bogie, when you turn on linear synchronous motor, a trolley supported by shunting wheel and operate the inertial load;</p>
<p> braking when the bogie is in magneto-levitation flight support with the maneuvering of the wheel is missing, there are inertial load;</p>
<p> support bogie magnets on when the bogie is in magneto-levitation flight;</p>
<p> support the trolley on the shunting wheel, the linear synchronous motor is turned off.</p>
