Its development leads to severe degenerative changes in the joint, accompanied with rapidly progressive contractures, pain, deformities of the adjacent segments and decreased limb support ability. One of the characteristic features of this disease is the development of osteochondral defect in the external part of the femoral head epiphysis. We report two clinical cases of successful two-stage surgical correction of joint elements aimed at moving the defect in the joint area, which is not loaded by the arch socket.infantile cerebral palsyhip instabilityosteochondral defect of the femoral head epiphysisдетский церебральный параличнестабильность тазобедренного суставакостно-хрящевой дефект эпифиза головки бедренной кости[Умнов В.
