Аннотация

Эндопротезирование суставов нижних конечностей у пациентов с ювенильным хроническим артритом становится все более распространенной операцией во всем мире. Эти пациенты уже в молодом возрасте страдают от тяжелого болевого синдрома и двигательных ограничений вследствие необратимых изменений в суставе и нуждаются в замещении тазобедренных и коленных суставов эндопротезом для купирования болевого синдрома и восстановления двигательных функций. Эндопротезирование в таких условиях представляет собой сложную задачу как с анестезиологической, так и с хирургической точки зрения вследствие общих малых размеров костей, их деформаций и контрактуры мягких тканей. Эндопротезирование суставов у пациентов с ЮХА нужно проводить при наличии опытной многопрофильной команды специалистов, обеспечивающей оптимальное пре-, интра- и послеоперационное ведение, преемственность и ориентированность на наилучший для пациента результат.
