Современные представления о методах консервативного лечения косолапости

Аннотация

Консервативное лечение врожденной косолапости является общепринятым стандартом в мировой ортопедической практике. Существует множество методик, имеющих в своей основе как функциональные методы, так и методы пассивной коррекции деформации. Проанализирован 10-летний опыт лечения первичной косолапости по трем методикам - Зацепина, авторской и по методу Понсети. Проведена оценка результатов лечения в ближайшие и отдаленные сроки. Анализ отдаленных результатов показал статистически достоверное преимущество метода Понсети перед другими использованными методиками.
