Аннотация
Актуальность.
Фемороацетабулярный импинджмент принято считать одной из основных причин возникновения болей в районе тазобедренного сустава и развития раннего коксартроза у молодых людей.
Цель.
Осветить имеющуюся концепцию фемороацетабулярного импинджмента, причины, патогенез, диагностику и методы лечения для повышения уровня информированности о проблеме среди врачей.
Материалы и методы.
Были проанализированы литературные источники, имеющиеся в онлайн-доступе к медицинским базам данных.
Результаты.
Проведена обработка англоязычного литературного материала с выделением основных моментов, имеющих значение для практического врача.
Заключение.
Фемороацетабулярный импинджмент - состояние с достаточно неспецифическими клиническими проявлениями. На данный момент хорошо известна рентгеносемиотика этого состояния, разработаны алгоритмы диагностики и методы лечения.
