宗旨及范围

“Pediatric Traumatology, Orthopaedics and Reconstructive Surgery” (即 “Ortopedia, travmatologia i vosstanovitelnaa hirurgia detskogo vozrasta”) 为季刊,创刊于2013年,是一本同行评议科学学术期刊。

主编是A.G.Baindurashvili。

本刊由Turner Scientific Research Institute for Children's Orthopedics under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation主办。

Text described recommended best practice in medicine.

Scientific reviews

A structured review devoted to a narrow problem, including a new look at a specific scientific problem, generalization and critical analysis of research in biomedical science and clinical medicine with an exhaustive bibliography.

Systematic Review

Meta-Analysis

Discussion

Argumentative communication, like papers in a discussion, but also perspectives, commentaries, etc.

A publication containing comments, criticism, a new look at the results previously published in the journal. The polemical nature of the section suggests the possibility of a reciprocal publication from the authors whose interests were touched upon in the discussion.

Comment

Work consisting of a critical or explanatory note written to discuss, support, or dispute an article or other presentation previously published. It may take the form of an article, letter, editorial, etc.

同⾏评审过程

提交至“Pediatric Traumatology, Orthopaedics and Reconstructive Surgery”编辑处的所有科学文稿,必须经过双盲同行评议环节。在这一环节中,评议者不知道文稿的作者,而作者也未与其保持任何联系。

  1. 本刊邀请编委会成员以及生命科学相关领域的国内(俄罗斯)外专家作为独立读者,进行同行评议。由主编、副主编或科学编辑选择评议者,进行同行评议。同行评议过程一般会控制在2至4周,但有些情况下,可能会根据评议者的要求进行调整。
  2. 如存在可能影响对稿件的看法或诠释的利益冲突,评议者可以放弃评议。经过详细审查,评议者会向编委会提出以下一种意见:录用,无需修改;请作者修稿,解决具体问题,再做最后决定;需要另一位专家进一步评审,才能做出最后决定;直接拒稿。
  3. 如果评议者提出任何改进意见,编辑会建议作者进行相应修改或合理反驳。通常要求作者在两个月内完成修改,在该期限内重新提交更改后的稿件进行最后评议。
  4. 如果作者决定拒绝发表,最好以口头或书面的方式通知编辑。如作者在收到初审稿件后的三个月内,未通知编辑,则编委会将稿件移出待定列表,并通知该作者。
  5. 如果作者与评议者对稿件的修改存在无法解决的矛盾,则主编有权作出最终裁决,解决这一问题。
  6. 编委会在评审会上根据评议者意见与建议最终决定拒稿后,会以适当的方式通过邮件通知作者。编委会不会再次评审之前不予录用的稿件。
  7. 决定发表时,编辑会通知作者预定发表日期。
  8. 请注意,正面的评审意见无法保证录用结果,最终结果由编委会决定,无一例外。主编有权决定所有冲突的最终解决方案。
  9. 本刊将长期保存来稿的初审意见(不少于5年)。
  10. 如有疑问,可将评审意见送往俄罗斯联邦教育科学部(Ministry of Education and Sciense of Russian Federation)。

本刊为季刊。根据作者规范发表文章。本刊可发表与会议记录、专题与临床应用有关的文章。每期发行500册。

Terms and definitions

We use the following terms and definitions:

  • Preprint: An early version of an article prior to the version submitted for publication in a journal. Theses and dissertations are considered to be preprints.
  • SMUR (Submitted Manuscript Under Review): The version of the article that is under formal review for inclusion in the journal.
  • AM (Accepted Manuscript): The version of the article that has been accepted for publication. This version may include revisions resulting from peer review but may be subject to further modification by Pharmarus Print Media (for example, copyediting and typesetting).
  • VoR (Version of Record): The version that is formally published. This not includes any Online First article that is formally identified as being published online before the compilation of a journal issue. The VoR includes any post-publication corrections.
  • Personal webpage: Web pages created by you, about you and your research which are hosted on a non-commercial website (such as your institute’s website). Personal profile pages in commercial sharing sites (such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu and Facebook) are not considered to be personal web pages.
  • Department or institutional repository: Web pages hosted by an academic or research institute or department to provide access to the work to promote and the activities of the institute or department, always operating for a non-commercial purpose.
  • Subject repository: Web pages hosted by an organization to provide access to the work from researchers working in a subject or range of subjects, always operating for a non-commercial purpose.
  • Commercial and non-commercial: Commercial means any activity for direct or indirect financial gain. When considering whether a use is commercial or non-commercial, we look at the nature of the activity rather than the nature of the site or organization performing the activity.

Third-party material

Before posting articles online, authors should ensure they have the appropriate permission to include any third-party content. Closed deposits and embargo periods

Articles can be deposited in repositories before publication provided the content is only accessible to repository administration staff. This is sometimes referred to as ‘closed deposit’.

Metadata about the article (for example the article title, abstract, and journal citation) can be made public as soon as the article is published. The full text must not be made public before the embargo ends.

Any applicable embargo period starts from the date the Version of Record is first published online as part of a journal’s issue.

Posting content in repositories

We require repositories to include:

  • If an article has not yet been published, a clear statement that the material has been accepted for publication in a revised form, with a link to the journal’s site
  • For all published articles, a link to the article’s Version of Record in journal site – for example, via a DOI-based link.
  • A clear statement about the license terms under which the posted version of the article is deposited.

Example statements are:

出版道德

报告标准

原创性研究报告的作者应准确地描述研究工作,客观地探讨其研究意义。论文应准确描述基础数据。论文内容详实,列出足够数量的参考文献,方便他人借鉴。欺骗性或故意不准确言论构成不道德行为,不被接受。

综述与专业出版文章也应准确客观,编辑观点文章也应如此。

数据获取与保存

为方便编辑评审,可能要求作者提供与其论文有关的原始数据。作者应做好让公众获取该数据的准备(根据《数据与数据库ALPSP-STM声明》)。如条件允许,在文章发表后,作者应作好在合理时间段内保存该数据的准备。

原创与剽窃

论文作者署名

作者署名仅限于对所述研究的概念、设计、执行或阐释有重大贡献的人。所有作出重大贡献的人应列为共同作者。如果其他人参加了研究项目的诸多环节,应以致谢形式列为投稿人或将其明确列为投稿人。

风险以及人类或动物受试者

如作品涉及的化学物质、操作或设备在使用方面本身存在异常风险,作者必须在文稿中明确说明。如作品涉及动物或人类受试者实验,作者必须确保在文稿中声明所有流程符合相关法规与机构指南规定,经过一家或数家机构委员会的批准。作者必须在文稿中声明,人类受试者已签署实验所需的知情同意书。必须保护人类受试者的隐私权。

人类与动物权利声明

如来稿以人类受试者为实验对象,应阐明实验流程是否遵循了人类实验相关委员会的机构与国家伦理标准,是否遵循于2000年与2008年修订的1975年《赫尔辛基宣言》(Helsinki Declaration)。如不确定该研究是否依据《赫尔辛基宣言》,作者必须解释其研究方法的基本原理,证明审查机构明确批准了该研究的相关不确定内容。

报道动物实验时,作者应阐明是否遵循与实验动物护理及使用有关的机构与国家指南。
