论证:肩关节脱位频率在所有肢关节中排名第一。与此同时,肩关节复发性不稳定在儿童和青少年的绝大多数病例中发展,并可导致持续性疼痛综合征。根据文献,肩胛骨关节突的空间位置特征可以被认为是成人肩关节不稳定发展的危险因素。同时,关于表征肩胛骨关节突空间位置的指标对儿童和青少年肩关节不稳发生的影响,目前尚无可靠的数据,这是我们的研究对象。

目的是阐明肩胛关节突的形状和倾斜的改变对儿童肩关节不稳定的影响。

材料与方法。本文对42例习惯性肩关节脱位和非创伤起源的任意位错患儿的临床资料进行了分析。
创伤性和非创伤性肩关节不稳定组儿童的平均年龄分别为15.57 ± 1.75岁和15.07 ± 1.64岁。

结果。数据的统计处理显示,肩关节外伤性和非创伤性不稳定组之间的肩胛骨关节突的形状和倾斜的参数没有显著差异。还应注意的是,版本和倾斜指标的平均值均在正常值范围内。

结论。因此,可以认为在11—17岁时,肩关节的动态和静态软组织稳定剂对肩关节不稳定的形成起主导作用。
