外伤性斜坡区血肿。文献回顾及两个临床病例描述

论证：外伤性斜坡区血肿是一种较为罕见的外伤性病理，其发生率为所有外伤性脑损伤病例的0.01-0.6%。外伤性斜坡区血肿是一种罕见的颅后窝创伤性病理，以儿童为主要特征。临床病例主要描述外伤性斜坡区硬膜外血肿的特点。

临床观察。本文报告两例儿童外伤性斜坡区硬膜外血肿及外伤性斜坡区硬膜下血肿的临床病例。这些创伤是由于高能量伤害（道路交通事故）造成的。

讨论。本文对文献进行了回顾，并讨论了斜坡区由于存在不同的腔室而造成的不同类型的损伤的地形解剖和神经影像学特征。

结果。考虑到临床的具体情况，以及斜坡区解剖结构的特定地形解剖关系，本病可靠的诊断方法是神经影像，其可以指定损害的特征和确定治疗的策略。
