A level of metalloprotease was identified by a cimographic method. </p> <p><bold>Results</bold>. It has been proved that enzymes MMP-2 and MMP-9 of urine proteolysis are high sensitive markers of bladder cancer occurrence and their concentration depends on a depth of invasion and an extent of tumor differentiation, and shows a disease course prognosis. </p> <p><bold>Conclusion</bold>. It is reasonably to identify MMP-2 and MMP-9 of urine by the cimographic method for diagnostics and noninvasive determination of a depth of invasion and an extent of bladder cancer differentiation.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Целью работы</bold> явилось изучение влияния глубины и степени дифференцировки опухолевого процесса на уровень матрикс-металлопротеаз 2 и 9 в моче у больных раком мочевого пузыря.</p> <p><bold>Пациенты и методы</bold>. Обследовали 71 больного раком мочевого пузыря. Группу сравнения составили 14 больных хроническим циститом, а контрольную группу — 45 больных, не имеющих болезней мочевого пузыря, обструкции и инфекции мочевыводящих путей. Уровень металлопротеаз определяли методом цимографии.</p> <p><bold>Результаты</bold>. Доказано, что ферменты протеолиза мочи ММП-2 и ММП-9 являются высокочувствительными показателями наличия рака мочевого пузыря, а их концентрация зависит от глубины инвазии и степени дифференцировки опухоли и указывает на прогноз течения болезни.</p> <p><bold>Заключение</bold>.
