Podgotovka spetsialistov po perspektivnym napravleniyam razvitiya klimaticheskoy tekhniki

Tsygankov A.V., Sulin A.B.

Abstract

This article presents the main directions of scientific activity of the Department of air conditioning at University ITMO during its existence. Socioeconomic changes that have taken place in Russia in the 90ies and the emergence of new imported air conditioning systems have resulted in the need to move from Research work aimed at improving the thermal processes in the climatic equipment to works oriented to optimize the design of engineering systems in General. Invited assesses options for draft decisions on the results of the multifactor solution of optimization task, which the objective function includes complex technoeconomic and hygienic, architectural and others requirements and limitations. It has been shown that the main instrument to meet the defined objectives is computer modeling methods of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) vector and scalar fields. Keywords: air conditioning, optimization, energy efficiency, thermal comfort index, computer modeling, fuzzy logic, computational fluid dynamics.

Postparizhskie sindromy ustoychivogo razvitiya tekhniki nizkikh temperatur

Tsvetkov O.B., Laptev Y.A.

Abstract

The current situation with working fluids in the refrigeration industry in the coming century is reviewed. Montreal Protocol (1987) on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, Kyoto Protocol (1997) and Paris-2015 Agreement under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and discussion on the increase in the global average temperature above preindustrial levels are considered. The Paris-2015 agreement is referred as the main challenge for XXI century for an urgency in the search of conventional environmentally safe working fluids with regard to the optimization of the refrigeration systems performance. Perspectives of the obligation to phase out HCFCs and to very probable phase down of HFCs are discussed. Natural Refrigerants are regarded as opportunity to develop the environmentally best possible alternatives. Keywords: hydrochlorofluorocarbons, hydrofluorocarbons, natural refrigerants.

Tekhnologiya kholodil'nogo khraneniya tsitrusovykh plodov klementinov i ortanik s primeneniem biopreparatov

Kolodyaznaya V.S., Bul'kran M.S.

Abstract

The paper cites the investigations results concerning the impact of treatment of Clementine and Ortanique citrus fruits with biological preparations based on Pseudomonas and Bacillus bacteriaantagonists during storage at two temperature regimes. It is shown that the treatment of Clementine and Ortanique fruits with biopreparations slows down physiological and biochemical processes, and consequently preserves as much as possible nutritive and biologically active substances at prolonged storage life. Kinetic regularities of change of the organic acids, monoand disaccharides content during storage were identified. Phytopathological and physiological diseases of fruits depending on storage regime and biopreparations type were defined. It is recommended to treat fruits with biopreparations based on bacteriaantagonists Bacillus subtilis Ч13 (titre 0,5·108 cell/ml) and Pseudomonas asplenii RF13H (titre 0,5·108 cell/ml) to preserve the quality and nutritive value. It is preferable to store the Ortanique fruits treated at varying regime: at the beginning during 20-25 days the temperature should be 9±1 оС, then during 35-40 days - 4±1 оC. It is recommended to store Clementine fruits at above cited varying regime as well as at constant temperature 4±1 оС during 60-70 days. Keywords: clementines; ortaniques; biopreparations; cold storage, temperature, organic acids; monoand disaccharides.

Abstract

The paper cites the results of study of the qualitative composition and quantitative content of free nucleotides of cattle meat (CM) obtained using the method of highly efficient liquid chromatography at different stages of refrigeration processing and storage. The concentration of free nucleotides in fresh and refrigerated meet as well as in meat raw materials stored in cooled and frozen states was defined. The speed and trends of changes of free nucleotides at different stages of cattle meat refrigeration processing and storage were identified. It was revealed that the speed of degradation of free nucleotides depended on the thermal state and storage life of meat raw materials, and the decay of free nucleosides was considerably revealed when meat was stored in refrigerated state. The speed of metabolism of free nucleotides and nucleosides of the animals’ muscular tissue after slaughter is tightly linked with the activity of dephosphorylation and deaminization enzymes. It is quite possible that the difference in speed of the inosine and hypoxanthine formation during refrigerated and frozen meat storage is linked with the specificity of the impact of low negative temperatures on the enzymes activity induced by transformation of water into ice. Keywords: meat, cooling treatment, nucleotides, nucleosides, high performance liquid chromatography.
