Comparative analysis of acoustic emission of compressor units of commercial refrigeration equipment
Abstract
With the modern variety of equipment presented on the market, it is quite difficult to make an informed choice of a particular technology. For small commercial and technological refrigeration equipment, usually, the main selection criteria are such parameters as the purchase price, reliability and energy efficiency. However, the growing requirements for workplace conditions require the inclusion in this list of characteristics that allow us to evaluate the convenience and comfort of using the purchased equipment, especially when it comes to longterm interaction with personnel. Among these parameters can be distinguished noise emission of devices This factor has a direct impact on working conditions if employees are constantly located near its source.

Oilfree centrifugal electric compressor with foil gasdynamic bearings
Abstract
The article gives the description of a highspeed oilfree electric compressor with foil gasdynamic bearings and a synchronous permanent magnet electric drive. During experiments, the refrigeration system has been optimized, and the total power of losses in the bearings and losses on the ventilation of the rotor has been measured. The tests were carried out in the vacuum regime at the inlet up to -0,5 bar; also the tests were performed in the generator regime. This compressor may be used as an independent electric one for air, gases, including refrigerants, and also as a compressor unit in the capacity of a part of a refrigeration or cryogenic plant. In generator mode, the compressor is applicable in waste heat recovery systems operating on the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC).

Abstract
«Nothing happens accidentally» - the scientists often say. The crisis of science requires new ideas and approaches, which can ensure not only the further development of science itself, but also the solution of the problems of the optimal existence and coexistence of a man and the humanity in this vast world. The change of worldviews, scientific paradigms doesn’t always run smoothly, but the motion is inevitable these are the laws of evolution. Only the science gives the only real ways for the further evolutionary development of the mankind. The human mind and thinking still remain a mystery to science. Science has tried many times to reveal the secrets of the human thinking, but so far this mystery has not been discovered. «Everything passes, everything changes» - said the ancients and they were right. Very likely, the only things that remained invariable were the human thinking and mind; they were and always will be a convincingly changeable and constant stimulant to the development of the mankind.

Features of production of structured cultured milk desserts enriched with food fibers
Abstract
Based on cultured milk ice cream, a dessert composition at low sucrose content, enriched with food fibers, has been developed. The feature of the dessert consists in ability to keep its structure when using in an unfrozen state. The influence of gelatin and its composition including a processed product of the physically modified starch on the structure of the dessert in unfrozen state has been examined. It was established that the dessert developed had all useful qualities of cultured milk products and its structure was stable under temperature conditions of the refrigerator during two days. The use of the physically modified product (PMP) leads to the increase of the viscosity of the mixture for desserts, and also enhances the ability of their mixtures to be saturated with air. The enrichment of the dessert with food fibers allows positioning it as a food fiber source.
