In recent years, in many cities of Russia, artificial skating rinks have been built or are planned to be built indoors. Therefore, it is important to analyze and summarize both domestic and foreign experience in the construction of artificial ice rinks.

JSC "Kholodmash" (Cherkessk), taking into account the further development trend in Russia of small businesses, farms, etc., has developed, tested and prepared for production single batches of MBB25-2-0 refrigeration freon aggregated machines to create and maintain storage temperatures products in relatively small stationary and collapsible chambers with a volume of 150 ... 350 m3 as part of quick-freezing systems and freezing lines.

In 1998, the Noginsk Cold Storage Plant purchased and installed four Alfa Laval semi-welded plate condensers with a heat load of 500 kW each. The devices pleasantly surprised the staff of the plant with their compactness in comparison with the evaporative condensers (EC), which were previously used at the cold store.
