Today, after the relative failure of the Russian space project "Luna-25" (the first automatic station in modern Russian history was to make a soft landing at the South Pole of the Earth's natural satellite on August 21. However, on August 20, the Luna-25 probe crashed after colliding with the lunar surface), there is a growing wave of skepticism about the prospects of space exploration, and the Moon in particular. Indeed, the lunar race has so far failed to solve any global problems. Among other things, many experts talk about almost insurmountable technical and technological problems in the development of the Moon, and even more so in deep space. However, conceptual solutions for the economic and industrial development of the Moon already exist. Moreover, the principles of creating industry with the help of nuclear energy on the Moon are also applicable to the industrialization of Mars, dwarf planets and satellites of giant planets. And, strange as it may seem, the recent withdrawal of the ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) by the Russian parliament may help Russia become a leader in this process.

Learning from the biosphere. Low-potential energy of "living matter"

The article gives a review of works describing the current state of technosphere energetics and presenting forecasts of its further development. The contradiction between the principles of structure and the direction of evolution vectors of the Earth's biosphere and modern technosphere with its energy is shown. The confrontation between artificial and natural habitat can lead to the destruction of the latter and global ecological catastrophe. In order to avoid such a negative scenario, scientists suggest "learning from Nature". For this purpose, the article considers energy sources and principles of energy conversion used by "living matter" - unicellular and multicellular organisms of the biosphere. In order to prevent a global ecological catastrophe it is necessary to restructure the technosphere according to the nature-like principles. In the presented article, the authors propose a concept of energy of the future ecotechnosphere, based on the already known theoretical and experimental developments made by scientists in the direction of imitating nature - biomimicry (or biomimetics). These include techniques and technologies that reproduce natural processes of energy production and transformation, such as the use of low-potential renewable energy sources, bioelectricity generation, controlled photosynthesis, gluconics (synthesis, processing and utilization of glucose), artificial muscle fiber.

Sociohumanitarian Development in the Geoterias of the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia: Challenges and Prospects

The article presents a study of the dynamics of socio-humanitarian development in the geotories of the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia during the period from 2010 to 2030. In the process of analysis, the data related to the ISGRGRI index (Index of Socio-Humanitarian Development of Geotorias of Russia) were considered, which allowed us to identify a variety of dynamics in different geotorias. Differences in development dynamics among geotories were revealed. Some regions, such as the Magadan and Chukotka geotories, are characterized by unstable values accompanied by significant fluctuations. While others, such as the Amur and Baikal geotories, show more stable growth or decline. It is noticed that the values of ISGRI for all geotories show a general tendency to show negative dynamics in the period under consideration. This indicates a possible gradual deterioration of the situation in the sphere of socio-humanitarian development. The article also examines the various factors influencing these changes, including economic, social, political and climatic factors. Based on the analysis, the authors conclude that it is necessary to discuss the challenges and prospects for the development of socio-humanitarian sphere in the geoterritories of the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia, especially in the context of geopolitical risks and the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
