Аннотация
Приведен обзор зарубежной литературы, дающей представление о комплаентности реципиентов печени, ее уровне, методах изучения. Данные разных трансплантационных центров о комплаентности реципиентов печени противоречивы (от 3 до 99%). Низкая приверженность реципиентов печени выполнению врачебных рекомендаций коррелирует с существенным увеличением показателей позднего острого отторжения, потери трансплантата и смерти. Рассматриваются возможные причины противоречивости данных о комплаентности таких пациентов.
