Abstract

This study is a comparative analysis of methods for obtaining a stromal vascular fraction from lipoaspirate. The first method is the classical isolation of a cell population using enzymatic treatment of adipose tissue in a cell laboratory. The second method can be implemented in the operating room, without using enzymes, and within a short time.
