Аннотация

Нефротический синдром (НС) представляет собой клинико-лабораторный симптомокомплекс, состоящий из массивной протеинурии и нарушений белково-липидного и водно-солевого обмена, которые проявляются гипопротеинемией, диспротеинемией, гиперлипидемией, липидурией, а также отеками степени анасарки с водянкой серозных полостей. Данная статья посвящена вопросам клинической картины, диагностики и лечения НС, его осложнениям и принципам профилактики в рамках работы врача общей практики.
