Abstract
The paper considers the anatomic structure of the biliary tract, the pathogenesis, classification, clinical manifestations of its dysfunction. Particular emphasis is laid on diagnostic algorithms. Recommendations are given for the use of Festal to correct digestive disorders in biliary tract dysfunctions.
