Abstract
The classification of dyskinesias into hypo- and hyperkinetic types determines their treatment program. The paper shows the association of secondary dyskinesias with organic gastrointestinal diseases and the high probability of gallbladder inflammation and lithogenesis in case of their long duration, as well as the leading role of spasmolytics, No-spa in particular, in relieving the pain syndrome and in restoring bile outflow.
