Abstract
Smoking is an important pathogenetic factor in the development of different, mostly - respiratory infections due to the negative impact on the local defense mechanisms bronchopulmonary system, increased microbial adhesion to mucous, activation of inflammatory reactions and depression parts of the immune system.
