Abstract
The Gynecological Cancer Department, P.A. Herzen Oncology Research Institute, performed laparoscopic hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy for endometrial cancer in 80 women in July 2010 to August 2013. Video-assisted endoscopic extirpation of the uterus with pelvic lymphadenectomy may be considered as an alternative to laparotomy in patients with Stage I malignant uterine tumors.
