Abstract

Cognitive impairment (CI) is one of the most common disorders among elderly and senile people. The prevalence of all CIs no dementia in people aged over 80 years is as high as 40 to 80% according to some data. The paper gives an algorithm for the diagnosis of CI and for the management of these patients.
