Abstract
The paper describes the Russian and international experiences with the high selective β-adrenoblocker bisoprolol in patients with cardiovascular diseases and demonstrates its major (anti-ischemic, antihypertensive, anti-arrhythmic, etc.) effects in the context of evidence-based medicine.
