Abstract

Koronatera is a multicomponent medication used to treat coronary heart disease (Functional Class I-II stable angina pectoris), which is included in the list of essential drugs for the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases in China and registered in Russia. There is experimental evidence that Koronatera has the antiatherosclerotic and lipolipidemic effects comparable with those of atorvastatin. The medication has been established to prevent and eliminate artery spasms and to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
