Аннотация
Сохранить клиническую и микробиологическвю эффективность фторхинолонов при уровне резистентности <20% удается за счет создания высокой их концентрации в моче и тканях (значительно выше, чем в сыворотке крови). Показано, что фторхинолоны (прежде всего левофлоксацин) в высоких дозах эффективны у большинства пациентов с инфекциями мочевыводящих путей, вызванными фторхинолонрезистентными штаммами бактерий, если их минимальная подавляющая концентрация не превышает 32 мг/л.
