Аннотация
Оценено влияние различных типов вскармливания на развитие и течение анемии у недоношенных детей с массой тела при рождении менее 1500 г. Изложены принципы противоанемической терапии в соответствии с внутренним протоколом. Показано, что у детей, находящихся на исключительно грудном вскармливании с добавлением фортификатора, реже развивается анемия тяжелой степени.
