Аннотация
Ни один из наиболее широко применяемых в мире вариантов гастроэнтероанастомоза при операциях по поводу рака желудка не лишен недостатков. Выбор метода резекции желудка при раке не может быть конкурирующим и должен входить в компетенцию хирурга; при этом необходимо обязательно учитывать особенности послеоперационной реабилитации пациентов.
