Аннотация
Злоупотребление диуретиками нередко наблюдается у лиц, строго контролирующих свою массу тела, особенно у молодых женщин. Больные с нервной анорексией часто применяют мочегонные и слабительные препараты для «очищения организма». Неконтролируемый прием мочегонных препаратов (часто - в высоких дозах) сопряжен с серьезными соматическими нарушениями: вторичным гиперальдостеронизмом, электролитным дисбалансом, псевдоидиопатическими отеками, вторичной подагрой, остеопорозом, интерстициальным нефритом. Злоупотребление мочегонными препаратами необходимо дифференцировать с синдромом Гительмана и синдромом Бартера, а также с идио-патическими отеками. Основой лечения зависимости от диуретиков является психиатрическая помощь и отмена мочегонных на фоне подавления спиронолактоном активности ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы.
