Аннотация

Обсуждается выбор оптимального способа купирования болевого синдрома при обострении хронической скелетно-мышечной боли в спине. Отмечена возможность использования ступенчатого подхода: начинают терапию с наименьших эффективных доз нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов (НПВП), при необходимости переходят на другие НПВП, комбинирование НПВП с другими немедикаментозными и медикаментозными средствами, в том числе с миорелаксантами, антидепрессантами и ГАМКергическими средствами.
