Аннотация

Рассматриваются результаты контролируемых клинических исследований, в которых изучались эффективность лизиноприла в профилактике сердечно-сосудистых и почечных исходов у больных артериальной гипертонией, в том числе с хронической болезнью почек, а также нефропротективные свойства препарата у больных сахарным диабетом и недиабетическими нефропатиями.
