Аннотация
В течение года в группе больных, получающих лечение перитонеальным диализом, выявлено достоверное снижение тощей массы тела и увеличение жировой массы (p<0,05). В группе больных, находящихся на гемодиализе, нарушение питательного статуса проявлялось менее выраженным снижением соматического пула белка (p>0,05) и увеличением жировой массы (p<0,05). Сравнительный анализ выявил высокую согласованность данных биоимпедансометрии с результатами клинических, лабораторных и антропометрических исследований.
