Аннотация

Рассмотрены клинические ситуации, в которых наиболее часто необходимо исследование всей тонкой кишки (ТК); представлены эволюция методов энтероскопии, позволивших прижизненно анализировать «внутреннее устройство» самой протяженной части человеческого организма, и сопряженные с этим сложности. Подробно освещены эндоскопические методы диагностики заболеваний ТК - видеокапсульная и баллонно-ассистированная энтероскопия, показания и противопоказания к их применению, их значимость для клинической практики и эффективность.
