Аннотация
Продемонстрирована большая частота выявления холелитиаза у европеоидов Эвенкии, чем у эвенков. Установлено, что в обеих популяциях у пациентов с желчнокаменной болезнью определялись гиперлипидемия, повышение содержания в желчи дезоксихолевой и дегидрохолевой кислот и снижение - хенодезоксихолевой. Эти изменения больше выражены у пришлых жителей, чем у коренных.
