Аннотация

Общие мероприятия при введении больных циррозом печени с кровотечением из варикозно-расширенных вен по поддержанию жизненно важных функций организма сочетают со специфическим лечением (фармакотерапия вазоактивными препаратами + эндоскопические методы гемостаза); при неэффективности рекомендуется выполнение трансъюгулярного внутрипеченочного портосистемного шунтирования.
