Abstract

Results of studying of efficiency of application of a preparation Vetoron® at children with chronic inflammatory diseases of chronic otorhinolaryngologic diseasesare presented. It is established that in groups of children with a chronic adenoidit, with chronic sinusitis receiving complex treatment with use of a preparation Vetoron® the number of complaints decreased, there was a normalization of the immune status that was expressed in normalization of a condition of factors of congenital immunity, restoration of intercellular relationship of subpopulations of T-lymphocytes, to decrease in level of products of oxidation of lipids with increase of anti-oxidizing activity of serum of blood, increase of anti-oxidizing activity of serum of blood. The positive dynamics of clinical and immunological indicators registered at treatment with use of a preparation Vetoron® allows to recommend it as a method of pathogenetic therapy of chronic adenoidit and chronic tonsillitis
