Аннотация
Коммуникативные навыки, умение врача получать и передавать информацию - главные условия успешного лечения. От владения врачом навыками общения зависят не только удовлетворенность пациента качеством медицинской помощи и его эмоциональное благополучие, но и такие объективные результаты лечения, как число обострений хронических заболеваний, частота госпитализаций и даже частота развития осложнений. Рассмотрены разные стили общения с пациентами.
