Аннотация

У больных с воспалительными заболеваниями кишечника высок риск развития дисплазии и колоректального рака, что обусловливает необходимость эндоскопических и гистологических исследований. От их результатов напрямую зависит тактика ведения таких пациентов, во многих случаях требующая мультидисциплинарного подхода.
