Профилактика рака молочной железы

Аннотация
В последние годы наметилась тенденция к «омоложению» рака молочной железы (РМЖ), что диктует необходимость усиленного развития его ранней диагностики и профилактики. Скрининговые программы рассчитаны на раннее выявление РМЖ, но не на его предупреждение. Основные факторы риска начинают реализовываться в возрасте до 30 лет, но о профилактике, как правило, задумываются уже после менопаузы. Начало применения профилактических мер с детского возраста способствует не только организации здорового образа жизни, формированию полезных навыков, но и доказанному снижению риска развития РМЖ.
