Применение миорелаксантов при неспецифической боли в нижней части спины

Аннотация

Приоритетным направлением ведения пациента с болью в спине является максимально раннее купирование болевого синдрома. Важно вовлекать пациента в комплекс восстановительного и реабилитационного лечения, а также предупреждать формирование хронического болевого синдрома. Определяющую роль в выборе лечения играют такие факторы, как интенсивность и длительность боли, наличие сопутствующих заболеваний, переносимость проводимой терапии. Применение миорелаксантов способствует уменьшению или даже устранению избыточного мышечного напряжения. Одновременное их применение с НПВП позволяет снизить дозировки последних и уменьшить вероятность развития побочных эффектов.
