Психосоматические особенности тревожных и депрессивных расстройств

Аннотация

Соматические симптомы тревожных и депрессивных расстройств часто встречаются у пациентов, обращающихся в учреждения первичной медицинской сети и общей амбулаторной практики. Сложность диагностики таких состояний, несоответствие их степени выраженности диагностическим критериям депрессивного или тревожного расстройства, требующего оказания специализированной психиатрической помощи, влияют на качество оказания квалифицированной медицинской помощи, увеличивают расходы на здравоохранение, способствуют хронизации заболеваний, ухудшению качества жизни и социального функционирования. Важной проблемой является безопасность и эффективность терапии таких состояний, сохранение доверия к врачу и терапевтическому процессу в целом. Проведенное исследование подтвердило клинические показания для регуляторного пептида Селанк и его эффективность в терапии не только тревожных состояний, немотивированной тревоги, неустойчивости настроения, но и соматических проявлений тревоги и депрессии, включающих в себя астенический, алгический (боль в спине, боль в желудке, головная боль, боль в груди) симптомокомплексы, учащенное сердцебиение, тошноту, ощущение слабости, чувство усталости, нарушения сна и восстановление после психоэмоционального напряжения.
